COPASI is "a software application for simulation and analysis of biochemical networks and their dynamics".
Several Xholon applications are biochemical simulations that can be exchanged with COPASI, using SBML-formatted files. One of these applications is shown below, loaded into COPASI. Note the hierarchical structure that COPASI uses, as shown by the tree navigator on the left.
