Use Case Maps can be considered "as causal scenarios, as architectural entities, or as behaviour patterns" that "can help you to describe and understand emergent behaviour of complex and dynamic systems".
I have used use case maps in the past, as dynamic overlays on static structural diagrams. It should be possible to use these in Xholon, possibly using the jUCMNav tool.
