Network Workbench (NWB) integrates a growing number of algorithms for preprocessing, analyzing, and visualizing systems that can be represented as networks or graphs. For information about Network Workbench, please see their web site.

Any Xholon application or model can write itself out in several different formats that are supported by Network Workbench. This allows Xholon applications to take advantage of the added capabilities available with Network Workbench. The Network Workbench supported formats that Xholon can write include:
